Configuration Specialist

We are looking for a skilled puzzle solver to work as a Configuration Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented nature, aptitude for figuring out complex projects, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to learn new systems and work within them.

What You’ll Do:

• Configure Flexmls software for new customers

• Drive action items to completion according to predetermined timeline as assigned by conversion lead

• Work with existing customers by maintaining their setups

• Work closely with internal teams to implement new functionality and field changes

• Troubleshoot administrative issues and reply with timely, professional and friendly responses

• Manage assigned work items through Jira

• Manage assigned email work items through Front

• Become an expert on RESO compliance and data standards

What You Need to be Successful:

• Attention to detail

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment with remote team members

• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and other technical resources

• Ability to transform vague customer requests into detailed, actionable steps

• General knowledge around databases, API calls, custom and conditional programming

• Experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel

• A passion for learning and sharing knowledge

Starting Salary range: $60,000-70,000 annually 

Headquartered in Fargo, ND, this position is open to anyone in the United States. Travel not required.
